Brigadier ® Doctor Chaudhary Fayyaz Mahmood is a graduate of Army Medical College, 4th MBBS Course. He joined College on 17 May 1980 and after Graduation he was commission in Pakistan Army on 30 December 1984. After serving at various stations inside Pakistan and abroad (KSA) he retired from Muzaffarabad as Medical Superintendent SKBZ Hospital and Commandant AK CMH Muzaffarabad in year 2018. Due to his meritorious Services in Pakistan Army he has been decorated with Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military) as well as Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military). He was appointed Medical Superintendent of Mohi Ud Din Teaching Hospital by the Vice Chancellor Major General ® Docter Viqar Ahmed Khan on 10th July 2018. He has stressed very hard on Patient Care which is evident from the rising statistics of Outdoor as well as Indoor Patients and the ever increasing popularity of the Hospital even in far flung areas.
