Key Responsibilities
1. Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in ophthalmology
2. Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputable ophthalmology journals
3. Develop and implement curriculum for ophthalmology programs
4. Supervise and guide research projects of students
5. Participate in departmental and institutional administrative tasks
6. Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance research and education in ophthalmology
7. Stay up-to-date with advances in ophthalmology and incorporate them into teaching and research
