Eligibility: A Master’s degree in a relevant subject, earned from a
recognized university after a minimum of 18 years of education with a CGPA of
at least 3.0/4.0 or equivalent. A minimum of 60% marks and at least 50
percentile rank in the relevant NTS subject test OR Mohi-Ud-Din Islamic
University admission test with at least 70% marks. The NTS GAT-Subject Score
should be valid at the time of admission.
Admission is
based on a candidate’s performance in the following:

Performance in International GMAT or an
equivalent test as per HEC rule.
·
Interview and assessment by the Doctoral
Admissions Committee.
·
Submission of Research Proposal (for
evaluation).
As part of
the application for
admission to PhD
programs, applicants shall be
required to submit
a statement of
purpose, which shall
form an integral part
of the application.
The admissions committee shall use the information provided to ascertain
the preparedness and interest of the candidate in pursuing doctoral studies,
and whether the department has the requisite resources to train and supervise
the doctoral candidate in the subspecialty he or she is interested in.
